HEALTH INSURANCE INFORMATION

 

Annie M’s Café offers to cover a percentage of the total cost of any AFLAC health insurance and/or supplement policies for all full-time employees. Please review the full-time hours requirements in the Employee Handbook to determine if you qualify for this benefit.

If you are not considered full-time but would like to purchase insurance at our discounted rate you may do so, at your own cost. It is a requirement that the cost of the policy be deducted from your check automatically to take advantage of the group rate.

Review the pamphlets above to determine what, if any, policies you may be interested in purchasing. Notify Jenni and she will set up a meeting with you and the AFLAC agent to get the policies in place and the amount to be deducted from your check.
